Bubble Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics
Bubble Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics was created and themed to make going to the dentist fun and easy for kids and their parents. They understand the challenges parents of special needs children face when looking for a dentist. They have created a practice environment that is unlike any other. From the moment you and your child enter, you are greeted by a calming Moon Jellyfish tank, then you pass through the “underwater” tunnel into reception with Balee, the Humpback whale hanging from the ceiling. Treatment areas have more sea life hanging from the ceiling as well as two 10’ long coral reef tanks to add to the sense of a calming and relaxing environment, more like a trip to the aquarium than a dental office.
Autism Welcoming InformationThe pedodontics specialists on staff have over two years of special training in providing pediatric dental care for children with autism, and developmental disabilities. They understand that even routine healthcare can be a bit more challenging for your child, and they go out of their way to create a positive experience for you, and your child. This includes their use of the Fotona laser for needle and drill-free dentistry. This laser technology makes it possible to treat cavities and other common dental problems without causing any of the stress or fear normally involved in dental procedures. Additional available technology is the iTero 3-D scanner. Instead of using a putty-filled tray to take a dental impression, which can be uncomfortable and cause gagging in some patients, they can digitally scan your child’s mouth in about 90 seconds. Their investment in these technologies allows doctors and staff to care for your child in the least invasive way possible which helps reduce anxiety and increase comfort during their visit and procedures. The dental team at Bubble Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics takes pride in their capabilities to care for special needs patients and continually educate themselves to serve this population of patients with the highest standard of care.
