They are committed to creating an environment where individuals with autism and their families feel respected, supported, and included. Staff have undergone specialized training to better understand and meet the needs of autistic individuals, and thoughtful accommodations have been implemented within their swim program. By fostering sensory-friendly spaces and promoting inclusive practices, the JCC ensures that all members of the community can fully participate and feel a sense of belonging.
