During the booking process, they will respect your child’s schedule and routine when setting the appointment time and they encourage caregivers to request a favorite familiar team member when booking an appointment. During the visit, team members will listen to children’s or caregivers' fears or concerns and will thoughtfully answer any questions that they may have.
